End of year purchase of a Mini Cooper S Clubman We had a good experience buying our car this week. I did not rate repair quality because we have not experienced it yet. We pretty much knew what we wanted, met a very helpful salesperson, Richard Rachfal, and narrowed down our selection quite quickly. Everyone we met was pleasant and hospitable, and the business transaction was pretty smooth. This is our second Mini and we are confident we'll be happy overall.

2013 Mini CoupS purchase I spent 1/2 a day with Robert Roberts, and I recommend seeing him if you are interested in a new or pre-owned Mini. He is easy to work with, no hype no pressure. I bought a car from him (2013 Mini Coup Sport!) and recommend him highly, whether you are just shopping, or buying.

Great Service We started hunting for our second car when my husband graduted and moved to bayarea. I always wanted to buy MINI when I was looking for car in 2008, but at that time I thought it might not be comfortable when parents are visiting from india. So i ended up getting bigger car. FUN car, FUN people, FUN place to buy a car!!! For the first time, buying a car was relatively pain free, and actually, FUN!!! Marco and Larry are just really, REALLY nice people. It just was quick, pain free, and a fun place to buy a new Mini. Their manager, Greg,. was super nice too! And the finance manager, Tyler, well, not so much a fun guy, but just a nice guy!!! Heck yeah, I'll DEFINITELY recommend this place!!!

Exceeded our expectations! We wanted a no-nonsense car buying experience without high pressure salespeople, fancy sales gimmicks or promotions and fast email communications. That is exactly what we got from Jeff Mazzella. He is awesome. We custom ordered our MINI and got regular updates from Jeff. A really pleasant experience for my family and I! Few weeks ago, my family and I decided to check out some mini coopers. We were then greeted by Scott, who made us feel comfortable by hearing us out and answering to our questions. He then made us look at some of the cars as per requested. He was accommodating and really cool to our both children. We then told him that we will think about it and exchanged our emails. That way he can let us know any new deals on pre-owned cars. I had a wonderful overall experience! Bought my first car ever from them and plan on going back. Everyone was wonderful and bent over backwards to accommodate all my needs. Love everyone there and can't wait to purchase my future cars from them! I love my mini!
