2011 Mini Clubman Service Your automated scheduling system was out of service for the entire week and when calling the 650 number to schedule, your system could not transfer to the local dealership. How shoddy. Further, I had to go into your store to schedule the appointment. When repairs were made, your agent had to handwrite the repairs on the service order. Stay far away from this place BUYERS BEWARE: We purchased a used Mazda from this dealership on 9/20. I wish we would have done a little more research before stepping foot in this place. The purchase of the vehicle came with a 5 day money back guarantee. On day 3 we started noticing the car making a weird noise when we would switch gears and press on the break. Like pulling teeth This is a surprisingly difficult purchase. I am still in a three-week process trying to purchase a vehicle in cash from Mini of Stevens Creek. Going through Cars.com, they did not receive my request for information so I called them. I got bounced around several sales agents. This took about a week. I found out when I got there yet no car was open for me to drive while the repair was being done. After repair there was a other issue and was not offered to fix while I was there. Brian Vierra Spending $1600 on repairs that did not solve issue with my vehicle tends to be extremely frustrating. I expressed my displeasure of the results and left it there. I will admit that the staff is very friendly and I believe they have good intent. It's difficult for me to give stellar reviews when I spent a large sum of money and am pretty much back where I started.
Car purchase review It took a long time to process purchase and asked for an additional papers 1 day after the purchase.
My new toy ? I ordered the Mini Cooper . It seems like no one inspect the car prior to release. I was told that it needs the software update. So, this will be the first issue and long trip to dealership. I hope it would be the last too
