LOVE my MINI! Went in on a Saturday and could not believe how busy it was. Even so, I had an appointment and several people stopped to ask if I had been helped. Jeff Mazzella and his team made the whole process effortless, they really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase! THANK YOU!

Happy customer Really helpful and courteous. Best part is that I was able to get in and get out really quick. I can't stand be held up at the dealership for hours. This was probably the easiest most efficient car buying experience I have been through. Very satisfied and would recommend to a friend.

Go here for your mini ! Jeff, Carol & Greg were all brillant in selling me my mini Trent & service department exceed even their service This place delivers what they promise ! I'm as happy a year in as when I drove home the first time as they say Happy Motoring and... slower traffic keep right I'm little with a turbo !! :) :) :)

Stop choosing- just get your car here! This place is the best. Tops in sales, tops in selection, and tops in friendliness. I feel like they are all my friends and that I have a team of people truly looking out for me. I would highly recommend Mini in general, as a company and as a car, but this location in Santa Clara is IT. Shout out to Trent for being the most amazing employee there.

Love our new car - great salesman, no pressure :) We love our new mini - had a wonderful salesman - Howard. He didn't pressure us in to buying, and really helped us pick the best way to pay for our car - giving us recommendations as more of a father than a salesman. Really friendly, so glad we got our mini there.

exceptional customer service! I got a 2012 mini cooper Clubman and I couldn't be happier I loved the experience of gettin my first car James Cheatham and Ricky Martin were an awesome help and they made the whole process fun and stress free I would high recommend them to everyone! I also loved the uniqueness of the lobby and it really made me feel comfortable! Thanks again for all of your help! :)
