He informed us with all the information that we needed in order for us to made the decision to purchase a Mini Cooper. Great service, good people I live in Pebble Beach and didn't like the idea of driving up to tyhe dealer to do the paperwork then having them deliver the car. NO PROBLEM! They brought the paperwork along with my new Mini Coupe and I filled it all out in my kitchen. Perfect buying experience for the perfect car. Third Mini I've bought from them and if I ever need a fourth I will go back. Ken Ohran is a fantastic salesperson.

Mini Stevens Creek Review - A great Experience! Thought it would be a painful process to find a car in the San Jose area but fortunately we stopped by at Mini of SC and had Gifford Chan to help us with the purchase. Car was great, actually in great shape for a used car - and he let us feel free to decide without all the pressure from the sales side. Best Car Buying Experience to date. I gotta say I hate buying a car. Most are excited. I am not. But Robert made it fun and easy without any pressure. If I buy another Mini in the future I will be going to this dealership. Customer service was perfect and the no haggle pricing was the icing on top of the great customer service.
Sales experience Most buyers of "mini's" already know the features. They do not need to be "sold" on the product. This dealership and the sales staff are the best at working with an already informed consumer. I found the exact right car for me and my driving needs. Ricahrd Z is one of the best at his job!
BIG mimi FAN We stopped in to explore the features of the mini Countryman... with little expectation of buying a Mini that day. We were fortunate to have Larry Lyons meet us at the door. He was not only informative, knowledgeable, and courteous, but he took every ounce of anxiety out of the car buying experience.
