"Ask for Steve Lerner" Steve is the person you want to deal with at Richmond BMW. I wasn't even his customer and he recognized the new sales person was in over his head. I was receiving delivery of my new car and Steve assumed command of the situation and answered all of my questions and set me up while also using it as a teaching moment for the new guy. I leased a 400 series BMW convertible last September. I was told I would receive a year's complementary satellite radio service as part of the least. Three months into the lease I was contacted by the satellite radio's representative and was told I only had a three month complementary service and would have to start paying for the service.
