If you want to buy or lease a BMW I would strongly recommend you talk to Steve Lerner of Richmond BMW. HONEST KNOWLEDGABLE!! He makes you feel good about every decision sonthat when you leave the dealership you know you made the right choice about your car as Indid about my X3. Steve doesn’t just give you 100%, he gives you 200% and that’s rare! Thank you Steve for such a great experience owning my BMW. I began my search after deciding to trade my 2016 M2 in for a new X5M. I knew what I wanted so I didn't need to test drive the car. I reached out to Richmond BMW along with many other dealers. Ultimately, Richmond won my business and this will definitely not be my last purchase from them. Although I am all the way in NJ, it was just the matter of finding a dealer that would buy my M2 and sell me an X5M at the right price while also making the process simple. My BMW broke down leaving me stranded 2 hours from home. It was towed to the dealership 10 mins before it closed. The temperature was 10 degrees outside, Bob Calvaneso from the service department refused to let me wait outside for my ride home. He stayed late for a hour and a half to ensure I was safe and not waiting outside in the cold. This means more to me then you will ever know. And show there still is great customer service out there. BMW owner for life, thank you again Bob Calvaneso for your service and kindness. Gary

Steve Lerner made the car buying experience much better than any I've ever experienced. Buying a car always takes time but Steve is funny, has a lot of great information to share, and it helps pass the time. He genuinely wants his buyer to know all about what the car has to offer and I appreciate his knowledge and experience. I look forward to my next car buying experience with Steve!
