Steve and Dmitry went above and beyond in assisting me in my search for Toyota FJ Cruiser. I live in a city approximately 80 miles away from Richmond and actually brought the vehicle to me to see greatly easing my logistics. We have leased and/or purchased 4 BMW's with Steve Lerner as our sales/leasing representative. He has treated with courtesy, honesty, humbleness while demonstrating the 'go the extra mile' attitude. We just leased a 2017 330i Sedan which my husband special ordered. Of course when you leave the details to the husband a minor glitch might occur. Complete liars and they pulled a complete bait and switch from when I got a written quote through email to when I was in the dealership the very next day with absolutely nothing having changed. They had the vin# and accurate info including odometer reading. They’re just not honest. Will never go back.
