My sales rep spent a lot of time with me researching cars so I could find something as close to ideal as possible without me waiting for custom. Then there was a snag with the delivery which really bummed me out and screwed up my weekend, but they owned up to the mistake. Initially had a bad experience. One manager reached out to help and after a month another manager stepped in and swiftly took care of it. The car was not cleaned the way I expected when I bought it so he sent me a check to pay for a local detail. I thought it was fair and I can carry on enjoying the car now.
MINIs are adorable, can see why you might want one. Strongly suggest you use another dealership, this one treated my nephew and his fiancée horribly after the sale.
