My future son in law bought a mini in December was so happy i was considering purchasing a new one next year. WAS, after the service he received yesterday and a few other times. I would NEVER purchase a mini cooper or a bmw. He has had so much trouble with the car the manager is a jerk the way he spoke too both my daughter and her fiance. He spent a lot of money and now the car is worth less than half what a RIP OFF. I will continue to bad mouth your whole dealership and the manager, also Mini cooper. I know two people who have been having so many problems with the cars they have bought recently with them. Would not even consider shopping with them after hearing the stories I have been hearing.
I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. Nor have I ever had someone speak to me in such a rude and condescending manner. It literally left me in tears in the show room where no one seemed to be concerned or surprised by my crying. The sales manager (Harley) was most arrogant person I have ever meet, he seemed to particularly have a problem with me as the female in the situation, he repeatedly put his hand up to silence me, while not once doing so to my fiancé.
