I recently purchased my second used mini from M.O.P. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. They are claiming my rotors passed "their" inspection. Well, when I brought my car to be inspected in Maine it DID NOT PASS the first establishment I went to. I received phonecalls with differnt messages, one said, "unfortunately, the rotors don't need to be replaced. It passed our inspection." The second one said, "call to set up an appointment." May 31 2019 I went to mini Peabody ma at 209 Andover st Peabody Ma to order a extra key from a rental car from enterprise . I asked when the key would be ready , the salesperson said on the next business day , and he said that they would call me on the next day do pick up. on June 1st I called to pick up the car key and the salesperson said he send direct to the enterprise . Service department let sit for 3 hours waiting for my car...I finally went to check and had been done... no one came to tell me so I could leave...from the moment I bought my mini from here there has been so many issues...awful...I will never buy another mini from this location

Not one to write a novel of a review. My sales person was a nice guy. That’s about it. Purchased used car about 2 months ago. They claimed thorough inspection of all used cars they sell. Within 48 hours dropped car back off at dealership as it leaked oil all over my new garage floor. Tried to get me to take car back as it was only a $17 part that needed replacing to stop leak. Informed them it was terrible first impression and had no interest in keeping car. Took multiple calls and weeks to get deposit back. In meantime it w... read more

The service in this dealership is a joke ! Employees there are very unprofessional , Wouldn't return calls , make you feel like you are asking for favors. Compared to Acura the Mini of Peabody is a joke . Who ever owns this place needs to make some changes. On top of that, every time I have to drop the car off, for something they never have a loaner .

The price of tire rotation, balancing, and alignment was pretty steep. I could have gone to many other places for such a basic task and paid less than half the cost. However having a service plan for everything else and working 70 hours a week made it the only opportunity I had. Not worth the 3 hour drive from Maine.
