The price of tire rotation, balancing, and alignment was pretty steep. I could have gone to many other places for such a basic task and paid less than half the cost. However having a service plan for everything else and working 70 hours a week made it the only opportunity I had. Not worth the 3 hour drive from Maine. On top of all this trying to get information on my additional serviced I've purchased and no one wants to answer the question. Mini of Peabody is sketchier than the backwoods shops.

BEWARE! After being in a car accident where my vehicle was totaled, I bought a Mini Cooper from a private seller. I had the car checked out and received an inspection sticker from my family mechanic. I then took my Mini to the Mini of Peabody dealership for an oil change and second set of eyes. The mechanic went over my car and came back with a proposal of over $2,522 worth of necessary repairs. I have been waiting since October 27th 2016 for $3500 refund on a warranty I cancelled and still nothing as of May 26th 2017... It seems selling a car is all Mini is interested in but good customer service is another issue after the fact. I have been placated since November of last year, being told it will be paid next month, then next month... and still nothing. As a General Manager, Mr King, I suggest kindly that you implement some customer training. It is not just about a sale... Extremely disappointed by your dealership ... read more

A showroom full of clowns. Service department full of idiots. Do NOTBUY LEASE OR EVEN STEP FOOT HERE. Unless u want your car damaged.. unless you want to be lied to.. unless u want to be used off each time u take ur car for any service!!! THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE

Not impressed. Test drove a car last night. Negotiated over email. All went very smoothy. Put a deposit down on the car at 2. Somehow at 4 I get an email that sorry that car has been sold but I have a car that is 2grand more that I will sell you. That's not how to do business. I've bought and sold equipment my whole life, you don't change the terms after a deposit is put down.

We're giving our salesman Rich 5 stars for being wonderful to deal with while we purchased our 5th Mini from them. First, I have to say how much we enjoyed working with Rich and we had a lot of fun building my husband's car. We really did ... I mean seriously, how cool is it to build your own car? Very cool. The sales manager, however is a whole other story. My husband is a classic car dealer and kinda knows how to buy and sell cars - wink wink;-) We had a car to trade which we had sold. After putting down the deposit in August, I had to keep checking if my car was ready to be picked up. "By the end of the week" turned into almost 3 weeks. Somehow the car arrived but the title took 2 weeks longer, with no explanation. I'm still waiting to hear from James Craven, having given up on the salesperson, Nicole, about the $750 cash back offer that was on their Facebook page. He said he'd get back to me Oct 22, after I emailed him again when he didn't follow through on my Oct 13th email. It's been over 2 months.

I don't like the car itself it's to small an compact. I wouldn't suggest this place I had the worth experice. Thanks I'm out.
