Great service I found a good used car and they had the best prices! The entire process was amazing. Very knowledgeable and non pushy it was the other way around I was the one that was closing the deal at and wanted to get out of the dealer. Excellent sales help, great showroom Our experience at Mini of Valencia was outstanding. The Sales Manager "Ky" was very helpful, friendly and efficient. We knew what car we wanted to purchase and we were in and out of there in 90 minutes (including a test drive)! No hassles; just excellent service. Their showroom is also beautiful and clean with lots of gorgeous cars; a quality set up.
Best car buying experience I've had. I was looking online for a car that fit my style, and budget, so I looked at buying a Pre-Owned MINI. Having a couple stock numbers from their website in hand I went to MINI of Valencia, where I was met by Peter Abramian. I asked for the two stock numbers to see them onsite, and Peter immediately got the keys. Best place in California to buy a Mini Once again (this is our THIRD purchase of a Mini at Mini of Valencia), our experience was superb. Service Team is amazing! Getting your car serviced is sometimes a chore, but Mini of Valencia does a great job accommodating their customers. If you need to wait, their lounge is clean with workspace, wifi, and drinks. They are in walking distance to the mall. They are very thorough and efficient.
