Great service, patient, and accommodating Daniel at Mini of Valencia was super personable and helpful. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to make sure they were all answered in a way that made me feel comfortable and not dumb for asking. :) After 4 hours of questions and test drives, he was still friendly and still had a smile. I ended up buying a Paceman. I LOVE it!

Awesome dealership Andreas the fleet manager was fantastic. He answered all my questions promptly. I never felt like I was being sold at any point. The whole process was easy, quick, they made you feel like you mattered, and they even made it fun. That is definitely not something I have even encountered at a dealer before.

Excellent Customer Service I shopped all down Creekside Street at every dealership until I stopped at Mini Valencia. I was greeted there with enthusiasm and interest in meeting my personal needs. The representative assisting me took me on several test drives and worked with me on getting the perfect used car for my daughter who had just received her license, and I had fun in the process! I walked away very satisfied and would recommend this dealership in finding any type of vehicle new or used.
