Great Car buying Experience Our first MINI in the family and the fourth car buying experience. The journey has been simply amazing, Andreas and Jesse went to all the extremes to make the whole car buying experience amazing. We felt buying a car from one of our family member instead of buying it from dealership. Great experience - bought from distance I shopped extensively on the internet and realzed that I would have to order the vehicle I wanted. Jesse at Valencia was pleasant efficient and helpful. At all stages I was comfortable. I never felt like I was being sold. The Mini Cooper we ordered arrived as ordered and at the price I was quoted. Best Day ever!!! I HAVE MY MINI COOPER \(^.^)/.... The older car I had, I loved very dearly. Other car lovers can understand. I did not want to let Carrito go. I came in to Valencia Mini Dealer and spoke with Andreas who was very patient with me. He shared the same joy I had when I was approved through all my paperwork to finally have the car of my dreams. Great Service! My experience at Mini of Valencia was great! Andreas Rassekhi was very helpful. He was professional, caring and an all-around nice person. I Enjoyed the process of buying my car with him. He did an outstanding job, never felt pressured throughput the process, gave me all the answers in a timely matter. Great job! 100% satisfied, couldn't have had any better effort from Andreas. My experience was the best that it could have possibly been, more important, he treated me like family!
Awesome Experience Salesman was very helpful in the choosing of a car. And gave me the works on how to handle everything. Financier was very clear and plural and understood everything he said. All in all, I'm glad I bought my car there. Thank you guys.
"No pressure" shopping shopping for a new car at mini of Valencia was a great experience. There was no pressure or badgering from the sales people. I guess they realize that these cars speak for themselves.. I love my new 4 door mini hard top!
Excellent experience! We went to Mini of Valencia to try to find a second car for our family. Up to this point, our used car search had been pretty tedious. But as soon as we arrived we were greeted by a friendly smile and a salesperson who was very different from what we had encountered previously. Alex Ferguson was awesome!
