Great service and customer care My experience at Valencia Mini Cooper was exceptional. Major repairs were completed as promised and my service advisor (Jarod) did an out standing job keeping me appraised on the service progress. Daily phone calls from Jarod put me at ease and assured me that progress was being made toward completion of the required work. The vehicle was washed and cleaned. I was extremely please with my entire experience.

great service i got a 4 door mini cooper hardtop.. i called mini- Valencia to ask what they have in their inventory and if i can drop by the very same day.. I went there and was accomodated by jennifer c. who was very helpful and pleasant. she showed me a lot of cars to choose from even if the sun was very hot that day.. After a few hours of processing, test driving and everything, I drove my new mini cooper home.. thanks jennifer for all your help.. see you again for our next "date".. ??
Very pleasant experience! Finally, a truly pleasant experience buying a new car! Not one pushy sales person! Jennifer was right there to answer all our questions with none of the high pressure, obtrusive feel we have come to almost expect at a car dealer.
