Overall 5 stars!!! Never a bad experience at this dealership. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Most importantly they will work really hard to get you the best price. My Sales Advisor Tom Herald made the entire process painless. I appreciate all their help and making me feel welcome. Highly professional and Courteous! I drove 450 miles to buy a 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid from Momentum BMW of Houston. I decided based on reviews that this dealership is a good place to buy my car. I dealt with Troy and Darnell. However, it was clear everyone who works there in finance and other areas were Profesional, Courteous, Knowledgable, and Honest.
