Momentum BMW Collision & Repair...Oustanding! Had no idea what to expect after my car was hit in an accident. I was pleased to discover that Momentum BMW was listed on their insurance as a repair specialist. I expected to go to a Dodge dealership to repair my BMW. So glad that wasn't the case. Very professional, efficient and friendly seevice. 750 LI was repaired via the other Party's insurance. The BMW representative handling the repairs was effiecent, knowlegeable and friendly, keeping me informed throughtout via text. I strongly recommend people needing a car for a few day rent via Enterprise who are onsite. I would suggest that Momentum look at their phone answering system for people phoning in to talk to the bodyshop. Customer Service when i called in to check on the status of the unit that was taken to the service department, i was able to communicate with my service rep immediately. This is a bonus for this company, not to many dealerships provide this type of service....communication.
