Great Front Desk. 3 appointments to solve an issue No issue at all with the steps involving the advisor who was very professional. I am just disappointed it will require 3 appointments to solve my back-up camera issue. I also discovered an issue with side mirror that was not spotted by maintenance guys.
Great personal attention of service advisor Went in for service to replace Adaptive LED headlight on my 2016 750i, it was a day after bad April rainstorm/flash-flood in Houston where lots of flooded cars being brought in for service estimate. Shef, my service advisor, took time to try to proceed with diagnostics and eventually the replacement. Quality; as expected! Had a wonderful experience at Momentum BMW. They went above and beyond servicing my BMW. My advisor was great and she got a multi-day job accomplished in a few hours.
