They just want to get your money at all, the service kept my car two weeks then they said we gonna check your car it cost you 3000 dollar just for a check, I took my car to the local mechanic and fix that for 50 dollar. It was just just an engine sensor.
I was considering buying another car at Mistlin Honda in Modesto, but now I’m having second thoughts. I had a really bad experience with my Honda 2019 CRV, their quality and reliability is going down. Unfortunately, their customer service was very poor. They didn’t follow through with communicating nor kept with their word, and that is very disappointing. 6 weeks out for an oil change had to show up at 6:15 am to be 9th in line on Saturday they need to do better

Recommendedthe oil change, specially if u make appointment, the waiting time is about 2 to 4 hrs. that's incredible... not recommended at the moment.. one good thing there is, people are so friendly and helpful...
Recommendedservice person very pleasant by far better than when I asked gentlemen in front for water. those men sat in their chairs and made no attempt to direct me to the water dispenser in back area. It would behoove some training for these people about the ENTIRE dealership. Team working from all was very much lacking. Not sure I would like dealing with these sales people.
Because they told me I need change some filters and transmission oil but they told me after picking the car .i don’t know why they don’t call me to tell me
Everything was wrong .tire sign wasn’t reset
The service is hour is very long.
Have a 2018 Honda Accord that the battery died on. Called Mistlin Honda to see if I could get it in - Bob told me the first appointment was a week away. Called Stockton Honda and they said come on in - we’ll get it done. And they did. Go to Stockton. It’s worth the drive.
