Horrible service department!!! I have bought 3 brand new cars here in my life and I will never buy another one from Mistin. I brought my car in for a recall/update and was told I will have to wait 1.5-2 hours for a 15 minute job, even though I made an appointment. Sales is amazing, but service is incredibly rude and inconsiderate, even over the phone when trying to order recalled parts and set up an appointment. Bringing my car in for a recall is an inconvenience, but to have service treat customers the way they do has ended... read more
