Express oil change that takes forever my car was check in at 11:50am and was finish at 2:30pm. a lot of waiting. when you do oil change i here you better be ready. 2.5 hours of waiting time is not a joke.

I come here for all maintenance of my civic. They do great work. Except this time! I made an appointment for the morning and arrived at 9:45am for a rear break job. I called around noon and asked if it would be a problem to add a cooling system flush or if I should make a separate appointment. I was told no problem we can add that for you. The shop closes at 6 and I hadn't received a phone call yet so I head to the dealership and get here at 3:50pm. Horrible service department!!! I have bought 3 brand new cars here in my life and I will never buy another one from Mistin. I brought my car in for a recall/update and was told I will have to wait 1.5-2 hours for a 15 minute job, even though I made an appointment. Sales is amazing, but service is incredibly rude and inconsiderate, even over the phone when trying to order recalled parts and set up an appointment. Bringing my car in for a recall is an inconvenience, but to have service treat customers the way they do has ended... read more

Went down to buy a truck ridgeline 2017 nice truck.first thing i see on my recent is a charge for 199.00 for theft insurance
