On February 4th, 2019, I took my 2019 Honda Insight for a pre-arranged service appointment. I had made request for oil change and tire rotation. When I dropped my vehicle at the dealership, before walking into the service reception, I drew an X on the front driver side tire with a pen. We went to look at a car, and they told me that they couldn't tell me what my trade in value is unless I filled out a credit application. I'm not about to have my credit score affected by being run unless I know that they will give me a fair deal. I would never do business with a business like this.
When I called in about the wait time to get the oil changed I was told they were very slow and I could get right in. When I arrived a very short time later, I was told it would be an hour and a half to an hour and forth five minutes. Not a happy Honda driver.
We went there to turn my Daughters car in, they open at 8:30, we got there at 8:25, apparently they were in a meeting, no one came out till 9:15. You'd think if you opened at 8:30 all meeting would be done so you could service your customers at 8:30. Just say'n.
The radio commercial is horrible and I almost crashed.
Express oil change that takes forever my car was check in at 11:50am and was finish at 2:30pm. a lot of waiting. when you do oil change i here you better be ready. 2.5 hours of waiting time is not a joke.
RecommendedI come here for all maintenance of my civic. They do great work. Except this time! I made an appointment for the morning and arrived at 9:45am for a rear break job. I called around noon and asked if it would be a problem to add a cooling system flush or if I should make a separate appointment. I was told no problem we can add that for you. The shop closes at 6 and I hadn't received a phone call yet so I head to the dealership and get here at 3:50pm. Horrible service department!!! I have bought 3 brand new cars here in my life and I will never buy another one from Mistin. I brought my car in for a recall/update and was told I will have to wait 1.5-2 hours for a 15 minute job, even though I made an appointment. Sales is amazing, but service is incredibly rude and inconsiderate, even over the phone when trying to order recalled parts and set up an appointment. Bringing my car in for a recall is an inconvenience, but to have service treat customers the way they do has ended... read more
