The service is hour is very long.
Have a 2018 Honda Accord that the battery died on. Called Mistlin Honda to see if I could get it in - Bob told me the first appointment was a week away. Called Stockton Honda and they said come on in - we’ll get it done. And they did. Go to Stockton. It’s worth the drive.

Purchased my fourth Honda Accord (since 1984) from Honda. I had a known problem (design flaw) in the V-tech engine. My car was kept garaged and always maintained (by Mistlin Honda). It had 67,000 mi. Honda extended the warranty (not a recall!) because of the problem. My engine had the problem after the warranty extension ran out. After asking Honda to help me with the my problem - they refused any help. The cost of the bill was under $500. Your service sucks never will buy cars from you guys again Modesto Toyota beats you up easly you guys only nice when trying to sell but after that bad service all around not recommend this place hopefully save someone else headaches stay away from mistlin Honda
I don’t leave reviews often but I feel this was bad enough and could possibly save someone $5000....I bought my Honda brand new from Mistlin in 2015 and have always brought my car for maintenance there. Overall I’ve had a pretty good experience that I know of. Until recently, they have now LOST what was going to be a life long customer in which I always referred everyone I know. It seemed as if my concern for my car was overlooked and I was given an excuse that made no sense just to dismiss my concern. This also made it seem as if they did not know what was going on with my car and just made an excuse.
RecommendedGood service in service dept. Bad experience with shuttle service. waited 3 hrs but service was not provided. Shuttle driver busy with coffee. Even after enquiring service was not provided. . Suggestion- if you can't provide, please don't promice
