After a failed 4 month Refi with one of the "Big" banks, I was referred to Mitchell. He was an excellent communicator, very transparent, and very aggressive in getting us the best possible rates...this was done with the least amount of headache. Super user friendly and a really nice professional guy with a great team. Is able to nimbly navigate the Challenges others couldn't and get the JOB DONE for far less than the big banks. 100% recommend!

My situation was complicated. Credit was below average and i was literally laughed at by lenders when I approached for loans. A friend advised us about Mitchell and his team that if there is a loan available within our reach he can find it. Mitchell took the challenge and excelled. Mitchell went above and beyond to make sure the deal was closed with better then expected results. It took a little longer then planned but in the times of covid that’s how it goes. Very professional and could answer any questions you threw at him with his experience.

We had gone through the hoops with our current lender for a refinance at a lower interest rate, but were not getting a very good rate given our outstanding credit scores. I reached out to Mitchell and he immediately assessed our circumstances and offered a considerably lower interest rate and closing costs. This team did an incredible job through out this whole process. From A-Z they were top notch. They were constantly working to make sure we got the best rates possible. They cared and were concerned about us! They educated us as this was our first home purchase. Great team. 5 stars!!
