Mitchell has been our GO TO guy for many of our mortgage financing. Even after we've moved to So. Cal, we asked him to help us with our principal home purchase. We are in the process of financing 3rd and 4th of our investment purchases. Both sellers requested quick approval, funding and closing. One asked for a 15 day approval. He has delivered it on time!! We have many complex issues but he finds ways to jump over the huddles. He seems to get us the best interest rates available.

i was purchasing my property from a friend its was a little out of the norm but Mitchell made it possible. we also had some other issues but again Mitchell walked me through the process if clearing things up he was awesome.

Mitchell, was by far the best, most professional, highly knowledgeable, and attemptive/sympathetic individual I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Mitchell and his team were by far the only banking team/institution that we felt were there for us, and not just what they could get from us. I came to Mitchell for a second opinion while working with another lender. Even though he was busy, he took the time to meet with me. He didn't try to pressure me into switching lenders and gave me great advice regarding my loan. I highly recommend Mitchell and will definitely use him next time.
