We really enjoyed working with Mitch and his wonderful team, Shaween and Sherry! They were all so helpful in the whole process and did a fantastic job on our loan! We highly recommend Mitch, he is so knowledgeable as a lender and with the whole home buying experience!
We had a lot of ups and downs with our home purchase, however, Mitchell and his team made it happen and ended up lowering our mortgage by over $500. They worked extremely hard for us and pulled through!
Our realtor found a property we liked, but unfortunately discovered that it was accepting cash only offers. Mitchell called the listing agent of the home and asked them to entertain the idea of a finance offer. They did! The house needed some work so it wasn't a conventional loan, where again Mitchell was able to steer us in the right direction. We closed a renovation loan in 36 days!!! Mitchell is both excellent and enthusiastic about what he does. My loan was not simple, but he found a way to make it happen for me! I have already referred someone to him for a refi. I appreciate the hard work that both he and his team did for me.
