We've used Mitchell Chernock's services a few times. A few years back, he helped me with a refinance when 12 other brokers said the job couldn't be done. Matter of fact, that refinance took all of 2 weeks! Most recently, he assisted us with purchasing our dream home. Mitchell helped us with a refinance our home in Napa. It went well so we decided to use him to purchase a second home in Paradise California. He worked feverishly to get us the best loan we could qualify for. We now have two homes one in Napa California and one in Paradise California. Mitchell is very friendly and personable, but there were times where he did not outright answer my questions, because he often would get sidetracked by telling a story about himself or someone he knows. I submitted the documents he and his team requested of me as quickly as I could, but there were times when his team lacked good communication within their own unit.
