Craig has helped me refinance my current house at least 3 times. He is proactive when rates come down - my refi's went from 4.7% down to a now 3.25% (all were no cost/no fee loans) for a 30 year fixed loan. When rates dropped below my existing mortgage rate, Craig sent me an email telling me about it and I basically sent in my most recent paystub and my house was refinanced.
