We were looking at being homeless after our first property didn't appraise well. We found a second property and put an offer in just over two weeks before we had to move out of our current property. This was our second home purchase, our first in Minnesota. After our first home, we can safely say that this was much smother than our first mortgage. The length of paperwork required was agonizing to say the very least. It was unbelievable as to how smooth working with Mona at Bay Equity is. We bought ourselves a great home, however it will not be our last.
