This venue has been such a wonderful choice for my fiancé and I. Right off the bat, they did everything they could to accommodate for our small budget- being college students. Then, we received the wonderful Mariah as our wedding coordinator. She has been so patient, kind, and willing to ensure all of our wedding dreams come true. We used Monroe Pearson for our wedding in Sept 2025. The packages can be expensive and add up (expect you’ll want add ons after you pick a base package) and the photography provided was decent. However, our coordinator Moriah was stellar. She was present through the entire wedding, coordinating everything and keeping the guests where they were supposed to be, making sure our entire timeline happened just as planned and made it completely stress free that day. We had a blast at Monroe Pearson and everything went smoothly on our wedding day. Communication wasn't always prompt from each specific vendor, but Mariah was an awesome planner who was super helpful every step of the way. We loved our day at Monroe Pearson!
I am a wedding consultant and am no stranger to venues and their lack of service. I was overwhelmed by the amount of support we received. Mariah was there to walk us through the planning process; as well as, present for the event. She advocated for the needs and desires of our specific event. She helped decorate, serve meals, and answer any questions we had the night of the event. I would recommend and use them again.

We were incredibly happy with our experience using MP as our reception venue. Kaleigh was our assigned planner and her attention to detail and organization made the day run seamlessly (from the bride's perspective!) We were also happy with MP being a "one stop shop" for us to get many of our vendors from--their vendor packages made our planning a lot easier. We recently had our wedding on October 18, 2024, and had booked the Monroe Pearson venue in August of 2023. What sold us was that the price of the venue included pretty much everything we needed for the day: venue rental, food, drinks, tables, chairs, linens, invites, wedding planner, etc. On top of that, the venue is very spacious and, for the most part, beautifully decorated with a rustic, dark brown wood aesthetic.
