I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived here for 12 1/2 years. The apartments are nice and the staff is wonderful. I would and have recommended this community multiple times throughout the years.
The office staff... (Verified Renter) The office staff is helpful when I am away. Maintenance has been prompt when needed. I like the location close to downtown and the lake. I like the wood floors and marble counter tops as well as the spacious layout.

The complex is... (Verified Renter) The complex is very attractive and well-kept. The apartment floor plans that I considered are very livable and have good storage.
There was a... (Verified Renter) There was a span in which I wasn't 100% sure that I would. My hesitation was based off trash pickup, dumpsters overflowing with trash and furniture, clothes hanging out on patios for days, loitering, landscaping issues. lighting w/n perimeters of property. It's been w/n the last 3-4 months there's been great strides in improvements! Area that's ALWAYS been AMAZING .. THE STAFF!! All the continued efforts being made, I'll surely being renewing my lease!
