As far as... (Verified Renter) As far as apartments go, it's great. But low priority (non-emergency) issues seem to take a good while to be addressed. This particular incident, they did their job, but not above and beyond. Not complaining...I'm happy with their work. Just not shocked and awed by anything.

Great Staff! We have lived at Montelena for 12 years. The staff has always been very friendly and attentive. There have been very few changes in staff in 12 years but the staff we currently have is the best! Brandon, Julie and Joyce are attentive to our needs and always caring. George and Anthony on maintenance are quick to respond and get the job done right. I would highly recommend Montelena not only for the staff but also for the location.

Fairly nice and comfortable Montelena is comfortable and pretty basic. They keep the area clean and the staff and maintenance folks are very nice and helpful. It's best feature is it's proximity to Main Street in Grapevine, as well as DFW airport, Southlake and other surrounding suburbs. I think there are some areas that improvements could be made considering the price of the apartments (namely - the quality of furnishings) but it could be worse. We are currently in the beginning process of updating our units with new cabinets, stainless appliances & granite countertops. One of our largest two bedrooms have been completed with the upgrades so far. Please re-visit us in the future for further unit upgrades. Thanks again.
Comfortable, Affordable Community Montelena affords comfortable living with basic necessities at a fair price. The grounds and community areas are well-kept. The apartment sales representatives are friendly. Close to Main Street with restaurants, wineries, shops and attractions.
