The neighbors are fairly quiet for the most part, although some people walk around the lot talking loudly at night, and I occasionally find discarded beer bottles/cans outside/on my patio in the morning. Some neighbors have had their car alarms or horns blaring randomly all throughout the night at times, in which cases they only addressed the situation in the morning. But not much to be done there.
