Staff is kind... (Verified Renter) Staff is kind and responsive; I've lived here twice - and the amenities were fine, clean, kept up and working. Everything was great with the day to day management of the complex. I did not like the AUM service, it seems scammy to be forced to have a service I don't want that makes me walk through a hallway of trash when I am not so lazy as to take my trash to the dumpster. As far as... (Verified Renter) As far as apartments go, it's great. But low priority (non-emergency) issues seem to take a good while to be addressed. This particular incident, they did their job, but not above and beyond. Not complaining...I'm happy with their work. Just not shocked and awed by anything.
