The maintenance guy... (Verified Renter) The maintenance guy did not have the part he needed so I thought He would come back the next day. Instead, he was back in ten minutes.
All my experience... (Verified Renter) All my experience was excellent with the exception of the windows in my bedroom that needed fixing. One window wouldn't open and the other was hard opening. They were never fixed the whole time I was there.
I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived here for more than 10 years. I would recommend the community to anyone. But I would caution them to make clear when looking at the property to make it clear that they would not live next to persons who smoked. It is the only problem I have had. My neighbors smoke filters into my closet, bathroom and laundry room. The problem is my clothes smell like smoke. I believe if this issue is brought up before a lease is signed, a problem can be avoided.

Staff is kind... (Verified Renter) Staff is kind and responsive; I've lived here twice - and the amenities were fine, clean, kept up and working. Everything was great with the day to day management of the complex. I did not like the AUM service, it seems scammy to be forced to have a service I don't want that makes me walk through a hallway of trash when I am not so lazy as to take my trash to the dumpster.
