Please be considerate... (Verified Renter) Please be considerate of the staff here. Too many apts rented at the same time puts an unnecessary burden on the staff to maintain the residents already here. Too much paperwork & background checks in a short time. Please help!!

They are at... (Verified Renter) They are at the higher end of our price range and a little further north than we would like to be, but the apartments and the community are beautiful and Emily was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
The maintenance guy... (Verified Renter) The maintenance guy did not have the part he needed so I thought He would come back the next day. Instead, he was back in ten minutes.
All my experience... (Verified Renter) All my experience was excellent with the exception of the windows in my bedroom that needed fixing. One window wouldn't open and the other was hard opening. They were never fixed the whole time I was there.
I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived here for more than 10 years. I would recommend the community to anyone. But I would caution them to make clear when looking at the property to make it clear that they would not live next to persons who smoked. It is the only problem I have had. My neighbors smoke filters into my closet, bathroom and laundry room. The problem is my clothes smell like smoke. I believe if this issue is brought up before a lease is signed, a problem can be avoided.
