Staff here are excellent and go above and beyond I could not find a specific place to review the Southport Ferry that goes to Bald head Island so I wanted to review it here since this is where it leaves from. Lovely little boats - big ones too Friendly staff, very convenient. Couldn't believe how many big boats (yachts!) are in such a relatively small marina.
Really nice Attended a wonderful wedding here. Great venue. Very picturesque. Beware if alcohol is consumed while there. Exit is only one way out. Those on foot and in cars are often stopped by police.

serene Loved walking around & was very peaceful! Lot's of beautiful boats! Long lighted board walk leading out to the marsh for evening strolls!
Beautiful area and easy car ferry ride too Experiencing the marina area is very relaxing and enjoyable. A delightful atmosphere where part of the Safe Haven movie was filmed. When done you can take the car ferry ($5) to the beaches and aquarium. A calm ride and scenic too. We certainly recommend this area as part of your visit. Try to have lunch here as well if timing...
Love What a beautiful marina. It is very, very busy but lovely no matter the time of day. The evening is especially nice!
Relaxing Great place to keep your boat. Lovely views and close walk to all shops and places to eat. Great at 4th of July and holiday boat parade.
