I was coerced and pushed into buying a used 2023 Nissan Rogue SV at a very high price with a very high monthly payment, which I clearly relayed to the salesman, the sales manager, and the finance manager. The salesman, William Baker demanded my social security number and my (trade in) car key several times. I refused, but he kept asking and begging. I specifically told him that I needed my payments under $400. per month, but did not pay any mind to me. Finance manager refused to lower the paymen

Took vehicle in to have a new key fob programmed at said Nissan dealership, which is where I bought the key fob. They were supposed to program the key fob, all Nissan parts and service, then before I knew it they had blown my ecm and bcm, they blamed me and charged us for it! $2,486.64

I would not recommend Morristown Nissan if it was the last place on earth! We were "pre approved" for our vehicle when we drove it off the lot. Over a month of driving the vehicle, we were told we weren't approved for it and needed to bring it back. The finance manager, Susan, was the RUDEST person and thought nobody's time was valuable but hers. We have yet to receive our $500 that we put as a down payment. Do not buy anything from them!
