Once again I paid for tire rotation along with an oil change and the tires did not get rotated. This is the third time this has happened at this dealership. If I can't trust you then you don't get my business.

Service was good. But a few days later found damage on truck. Can't prove they did it but where it is on truck had to happen on lift. If I didn't have Car Doc would not be using them again. Never got answer back from them. They said they called but never spoke to them.

Service was fine, however they failed to update car fax which keeps sending me messages saying the tires need to be rotated even though they were just rotated. Failure on thier part to follow through and update information correctly

My appointment was at 8am. I left at 2:30pm. Six hours for an oil change, tire rotate and balance and alignment. Wanted faulty tire sensor changed but correct sensor was not in stock. A return visit is needed to make that repair.

Received an email to order tires and schedule the installation. We did this online on April 3rd for April 26th. My husband arrived and was told he didn't have any appointment. I sent the service manager a screenshot of my email confirmation from 4/3, and my husband was told they would have to work him in because he "didn't have an appointment". Very different experience compared to before (when dealer was East Tennessee Nissan). Very high pressure to get car appraised to trade it in. I received texts before my service visit and 3 salesmen approached us while on the lot encouraging to trade. Being a "car doc" customer, the correct services to be performed wasnt done (20k service performed when car is at 15k) 15k service is supposed to include engine air filter, cabin filter and offer alignment and fuel induction cleaning if needed (according to the car doc paperwork... read more

Terrible my battery was not checked or serviced. MyFluids were not checked and topped off. When itried to E mail you the Email would not work. They lost one of myvalve stem caps and replacecit with another color. TO DATE IHAVE NOT BEEN COMPENSATED FOR THE SHODDY SERVICE,
