I brought my Nissan Armada in recently because of starting issues. I had bought a new battery 3 weeks earlier at a different place. I requested to have the starter evaluated, to see if it needed replaced. A diagnosis was performed and a starter was recommended. My car has not been in for service and I don't have 17,000 miles on my car either. You have the wrong car!! Also your info to CarFax is incorrect. I keep getting emails from CarFax for wrong car!!!
Its always something with this shop. Inconsistent. At first I assumed it was management change, but time again its proven to be how it is. Ashley is always left dealing with my rants but shes professional and kind. Will not be returning.
I dont like it that the sales people won't leave you alone about trading your car in for a newer one ! I haven't even set down in the waiting area & had 2 salesman come at me & wouldn't stop ! That's very annoying
My experience was not that great, asked them not to perform an alignment and not to balance the tires, I asked them to check it but not perform. Both were halfway done, alignment is out worse than it was before, now my steering wheel isn't straight, tire balance is better though. But I was charged full price for everything totaling $406. Will definitely not be going back. I called and stated my complaints and was supposed to receive a call back today, still no call. The staff is friendly but the service is terrible.
They had my car for 7 days to replace a radiator and fan. They didn't do a thorough inspection on arrival or they would have known I needed a radiator fan before day 5. They never contacted me with updates. I had to call them to hear "maybe tomorrow " . Astronomical service bill.
I scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation last Thursday. I arrived for my 2:30 p.m. appointment and was greeted by a service person who checked me in. He took my keys and told me that I could wait in the reception room and that he would come in a a few minutes to go over what was to done. He didn't come back. One hour passed and no one came to report about the SUV and if they were close to finishing. My appointment was Wednesday morning. Dropped the car off day before appointment. They didn't start on it until Tuesday next week. They had to replace a wire. Terrible service.

Didn't even rotate my tires after 2 hours makes you wonder if they really change the oil!!!!
