My appointment was at 8am. I left at 2:30pm. Six hours for an oil change, tire rotate and balance and alignment. Wanted faulty tire sensor changed but correct sensor was not in stock. A return visit is needed to make that repair.

Received an email to order tires and schedule the installation. We did this online on April 3rd for April 26th. My husband arrived and was told he didn't have any appointment. I sent the service manager a screenshot of my email confirmation from 4/3, and my husband was told they would have to work him in because he "didn't have an appointment". Very different experience compared to before (when dealer was East Tennessee Nissan). Very high pressure to get car appraised to trade it in. I received texts before my service visit and 3 salesmen approached us while on the lot encouraging to trade. Terrible my battery was not checked or serviced. MyFluids were not checked and topped off. When itried to E mail you the Email would not work. They lost one of myvalve stem caps and replacecit with another color. TO DATE IHAVE NOT BEEN COMPENSATED FOR THE SHODDY SERVICE,

The service and service team was excellent, however, I was bombarded by the sales team who are now preying on service customers to try to get a sale. I was called at home by 3 different sales associates. I will not buy another new car from anyone who is that desperate, and obviously so poorly organized that they don't even know who has already called a customer.

I was coerced and pushed into buying a used 2023 Nissan Rogue SV at a very high price with a very high monthly payment, which I clearly relayed to the salesman, the sales manager, and the finance manager. The salesman, William Baker demanded my social security number and my (trade in) car key several times. I refused, but he kept asking and begging. I specifically told him that I needed my payments under $400. per month, but did not pay any mind to me. Finance manager refused to lower the paymen

Took vehicle in to have a new key fob programmed at said Nissan dealership, which is where I bought the key fob. They were supposed to program the key fob, all Nissan parts and service, then before I knew it they had blown my ecm and bcm, they blamed me and charged us for it! $2,486.64
