Had a reservation for 4 @ 7:30. Had to wait over an hour to be seated. I had a very important client I was entertaining and we had time constraints. I ccomplained to management and they were completely apathetic. The GM Leo is a real pazzo piece of work. Will not be coming back.
I've been to the Mother Wolf in LA and Las Vegas and the one in Miami doesn't compare. The service is very slow and the pasta portions are much smaller than the other places.The girls at the front desk are not friendly and not trained well. The waiter did not go through the menu to give us the highlights. Please try the other locations they are so much better! Very disappointed!
Ordered champagne by the glass and it was flat. Asked to replace - Flat again. Only after second flat glass they opened a bottle in front of me and it was good. Bubbly. It's - 36 dollar a glass btw Every 10 mins or even less and I'm not exaggerating different servers would come to the table and ask if we have finished with the course. It was extremely annoying.
