I love this gym! As a midlife woman gyms can be intimidating but I started with Trainer for the first three months and it was so helpful. I've been here for two years now and I love it.
I've had a great experience at this gym. The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and rarely out of service. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with questions or guidance. The facility is clean, including the locker rooms and workout areas, which makes every visit enjoyable. There are plenty of machines and free weights, so waiting is minimal even during busy hours. The best mountainside in the area by far; cleanest and not big crowds. Could have wipes more full but honestly it's good enough
Amazimy gym. Love coming to mountainside to workout. Great facility and amount of weights.

Love this gym. I've been to many locations in the valley and this one is my favorite by far. Smoothies are great as well!
Fantastic gym. Wonderful staff that always greet you in. Facilities are great with a huge selection of machines. Just introduced new Infrared Sauna, Cold plunge and Red Light Therapy. Can't recommend enough!
Best mountain side in the Valley, I come down from Scottsdale just to rip this one! The other locations could use some work for sure
