Fantastic gym. Wonderful staff that always greet you in. Facilities are great with a huge selection of machines. Just introduced new Infrared Sauna, Cold plunge and Red Light Therapy. Can't recommend enough!
Best mountain side in the Valley, I come down from Scottsdale just to rip this one! The other locations could use some work for sure
Loved the energy and atmosphere here. The gym was clean, the staff was friendly, and the equipment was always available. Definitely one of the best gyms I've been to in Ahwatukee!

Great gym, has everything you need with great service. Also, has classes if you like that. As well as options for trainers.
Mountainside Fitness Ahwatukee is a great gym and the people are friendly!! It is clean and well run with a great atmosphere conducive to working out and working on health and fitness!!! Isabella is so kind and helpful and Nick is as well. Jack the fitness manager has been great as well and Chris does a great job managing things!!! A favorite place of mine for cardio, weights, and stretching and the occasional class!!!
Great place to workout, equipment are clean, and gym is well maintained, locker rooms are also well clean
Best decision I ever made was picking mountain side. Not overpacked like other gyms. Overall clean.
