I love this gym it's so much better and cleaner and the best part of this gym is not EOS.
This place is on FIRE! My Boi Jacob hooked us up with the RIGHT nutrition after I left the steam room and my Mini me Son D did his chest n shoulders. thing. Mountain side has us RIGHT today and 4 Ever! Thanks Mountain Side!
It was a friendly and positive atmosphere. There are plenty of classes to get in shape. Also personal training is available, which is phenomenal. Really enjoy working out at Mountainside fitness.

Trent is literally best of the best. this man doesn't quit. Everytime I need help he's got me covered, towels stocked, floor clean, tips in lifting. he's the man.
