We moved from the YMCA to Mountainside because of the amazing customer service and attention to detail for new members. But what keeps us coming back is the amazing trainer my husband and I have been working with for the past month - Mario. Mario is very detailed, focused, and cares about implementing a plan custom made for each of us. I signed up first, and my husband was upset with me because of the added expense. Staff is very nice and helpful! I love the stretch room, allows me to work out in peace due to the huge space!
Equipment is decent. However, they need to focus way more on cleanliness. The men's locker room is disgusting. With the amount of elderly people I see here, I'm surprised that no one has slipped and fallen. Puddles of water on the floor in all of the stalls.
Today I need to give a HUGE shout out to Mountainside staff member TRENT! My man! I left a shaving kit in the locker room with several hundred dollars worth of items in it. I searched and couldn't find it. Trent took my name, and sure enough he went above and beyond, searched every locker and found it! Yay! Saved me a lot of time and money. Very post workout drink at protein bar, front desk worker was very polite & sweet to make it & serve it
The front desk staff at Ahwatukee location are friendly and helpful. I appreciate Brian keeping the bars in core fitness wrapped
Mountainside is so nice I love coming here! Has all the equipment needed and workers are very helpful.
