we were welcomed to the gym by Selah Lunceford at the front desk . We were inquiring about membership . She was very helpfu & knowledgeable as far as answering our questions , what was included in the membership . The gym is very clean .
Great gym and wonderful classes. They gave red light therapy; massage chairs and red light sauna what I use every time. Been member for almost 10 years already.
Great, energy, clean, good lighting and digging the infrared sauna! The process of joining was seamless and the opportunity to try the perks of an advance membership was worth it!
I love this spac! it's clean, energetic and esthetically pleasing. I like the dimmer lights in the workout area. I'm also digging the infrared sauna!

I do Barre classes and yoga at this location a few times a month and I love the instructors. I have so much fun and am motivated to give it my all in every class!
I love the treadmills please add more It's always so busy At this location! I do enjoy the smoothies here though 11/10
Great gym I just wish that there were plate storage racks available near the free weights. I like the amount of pec decks which means there's little weight even though it's so busy
