I love the treadmills please add more It's always so busy At this location! I do enjoy the smoothies here though 11/10
Great gym I just wish that there were plate storage racks available near the free weights. I like the amount of pec decks which means there's little weight even though it's so busy
tatum helped me sign up for a membership last week and she was amazing! she was so knowledgeable and answered all of my (many) questions and was so sweet! thank you Tatum!!!!
Love this location. Amenities are great. Staff is welcoming. Group fitness instructors are awesome.
Very good and clean facility . My kids love the kids area, it counts for a great indoor activity for kids and allow me to workout.
We love mountainside DR! The staff are so friendly and personable, especially Tatum, Amber and Alex (female)! Makes going to the gym much more enjoyable!
I recently joined Mountainside Fitness and expected a time consuming sign up process with extensive sales pitches to try to get me to sign up for more of a membership than I needed or could afford. I was pleasantly surprised when Bailee streamlined the process without any pressure. She also offered me free trials of membership benefits like the red light therapy and the brand new cold plunge! The gym is very clean, organized and the staff is friendly! Would recommend this to anyone
This gym has everything I need to be in optimal health. With their new addition of the infrared sauna and red lights, I'm at peak performance. The people are great too and classes are fun!
