I've had an amazing experience at Mountainside Fitness, and a huge part of that is thanks to Haley and Justin. Both of them have been incredibly helpful every time I've walked through the doors. Haley is always friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to assist with anything I need. Justin consistently goes above and beyond, whether it's answering questions, offering guidance, or making sure everything on the floor runs smoothly.
Love this place.. New to the gym and it's amazing... The also have the best smoothie station.. Justin is the best!!

The front desk (I think her name is Taytum) is super sweet. She always greets me with a friendly attitude, is always patient, helpful, and quick to answer questions--whether it's about classes, billing, or equipment. Her professionalism and kindness truly make a difference, and she's a big part of why I enjoy coming here.
I've just moved to the area and have been trying different gyms to make sure I was making the right choice before committing. I was greeted when I walked in and was given a great tour by their member services team member Tatum. She brought me on an amazing tour that was thorough and felt tailored to my interests. I'm excited to make use of my new gym!
