Just looking into another club for a spin class asLifetime in North Scottsdale eliminated their spin classes. My favorite instructor Adam was teaching I joined the club because of him. I hope to see more classes with him.

I've been having an amazing experience with mountainside! The gym is very complete have everything I need.
I like this place but why has the music been so low lately. I wear headphones but when mine died during a workout I didn't realize I was serenading everyone with my wheezing! Please. I beg you. Raise the volume.

Great location! I've had a great experience at this gym, and the biggest reason is the variety and quality of their classes. There's always something on the schedule that fits my mood and goals, whether I'm looking for a high-energy workout or something more focused and controlled.
Always clean, organized, good morale and friendly staff at front greeting us! Love that you also have an early morning HIIT class!
