Love this place get my work in every day. Bathrooms are very clean. So is all the equipment and I live coming here after a hard day at work.
I've been going to this gym for about 5+ years. The staff is always very welcoming with a smile and greeting. The facility is typically clean and is very bright and cool. I travel a lot and use many gyms in various states and few have been comparable to this one. The only negative thing I have to say is many times around 3-6PM there is a high people-to-machine ratio. Have not been part of a gym for years but very pleased with Mountainside Fitness. Equipment always available, equipment always clean, staff always friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff and good group fitness classes and kids area. I like how they offer a Parent's Night Out ever so often.
Great place to get a workout in. I love the vibe and layout of mountainside! Love the shakes too, pretty good price
Had a great experience while visiting from out of town. The staff was very friendly, the daily membership cost was very reasonable as well as the shakes that were really tasty. The equipment was plentiful, clean and well maintained. Would join in a second if I lived in the area but for now I'll just go whenever I'm their visiting my two kids at ASU.
Front desk - No issue, always greeting you politely as you walk in- I've been coming here since 2017 before I became a MOM. but M-KIDS (CHILDCARE) and their Staff needs training. 20 minutes into my cardio workout, they Text me For parent snuggles and interrupted my workout. When I got there, (NOTHING was going on) WEIRD - WHY DID THEY INTERRUPT my workout? The gym itself is very good. A few observations, however. 95% of all patrons have AirPods or some kind of headphones on. Why then are they piping in such horrible music? Did anyone ever think of a silent gym that would be a great advantage. Next, I don't find the locker room to be particularly neat or clean and too many of the showers too often have no soap and even a lack of water. I hope they could solve the locker room problem or I'll have to try another mountain side or another gym altogether.
I want to start off this review with the good. The gym itself is clean and has such kind front desk staff. They were always willing to answer any questions I had. I also appreciated the wide variety of machines. Why I am giving this facility 1 star is due to the child care. It's makes me really sad to say that as I have told many friends about how amazing the childcare is here. It was until it wasn't.
