I love the Desert Ridge location! They recently added some high end amazing massage chairs that I use after I workout. The staff here is super friendly and keeps the facility very clean. Katie in particular helps my boyfriend and I a lot getting smoothies at the cafe and she is so friendly and nice! Love the energy in here :) Great price monthly for all the amenities they provide.

Absolutely love this gym! I've been a member since they originally opened and really love the community and staff. We are avid gym goers and very picky and particular. We actually traded up our lifetime fitness membership for mountainside! Andi and Rod at the front desk are especially amazing! Great gym, always tons of parking, I love the variety of classes offered. Plenty of clean equipment. I also love the personal training system, they offer lots of options at a good cost.

Front desk - No issue, always greeting you politely as you walk in- I've been coming here since 2017 before I became a MOM. but M-KIDS (CHILDCARE) and their Staff needs training. 20 minutes into my cardio workout, they Text me For parent snuggles and interrupted my workout. When I got there, (NOTHING was going on) WEIRD - WHY DID THEY INTERRUPT my workout? The gym itself is very good. A few observations, however. 95% of all patrons have AirPods or some kind of headphones on. Why then are they piping in such horrible music? Did anyone ever think of a silent gym that would be a great advantage. Next, I don't find the locker room to be particularly neat or clean and too many of the showers too often have no soap and even a lack of water. I hope they could solve the locker room problem or I'll have to try another mountain side or another gym altogether.

I want to start off this review with the good. The gym itself is clean and has such kind front desk staff. They were always willing to answer any questions I had. I also appreciated the wide variety of machines. Why I am giving this facility 1 star is due to the child care. It's makes me really sad to say that as I have told many friends about how amazing the childcare is here. It was until it wasn't. This fitness center has so many negatives to it. 1. the members slam and drop the weights resulting in broken equipment. The impact from the weights dropping shakes the equipment that other people are on in regards to the Universal machines, and it vibrates the ground. It also hurts the hearing of other people that are working out in the gym. This is a sad thing because the personal trainers and management do not walk around the floor to check those behaviors. I called three separate times to cancel my membership, and each time they insisted I come in person. In 2025, we have tools like DocuSign--canceling shouldn't be this difficult. The whole operation feels like a mafia-run business, and I wouldn't recommend this gym at all. They even insisted I pay for a membership that I haven't used in three months. Avoid this place at all costs.

I absolutely love the childcare they provide at Mountainside! The staff is so nice and they treat all the kids like their own. I love that this gym gives families the option to bring their kids with them!
