Just started coming here. Excellent gym. Very clean, staff is friendly. Even when it's crowded there is space for what you need and all other patrons are very respectful. Men's locker room is clean and spacious, and the free towels are an added bonus. Will recommend to everyone I know!
I used to be a member and Mountside and then went to a few different gyms now and back mountainside I'm thrilled to be back! Great gym, great equipment, cleaning showers, and locker room.
It's just what it wants to be. A big box gym. Lots of everything. It stays clean and tidy. Not much different than the other big box gyms. Staff is friendly.
Best value for a gym I've ever been to. Clean facilities and knowledgeable training staff.

Can't say enough good things about this gym. It is clean, has a huge variety of equipment, great classes, and well-equipped locker rooms. I love the sauna and steam room and also love the fact they have a smoothie bar.
I love how clean and spaced out the weight area is !! Lovely location and even the kids area is nice then other gyms, I guarantee your kids are going to love that part !
I go to both the Carefree hwy and Desert Ridge locations! Both of them are extremely clean, friendly and has great vibes!
My kids love the childcare! They know them by name and not one tear. Are used to not wanna work out because I couldn't leave my kids but now it's a fun thing for them to do.
