We have been coming here for years and love this location. Best staff and customer service!!! Also cafe has best protein shakes, pre-workout's and goodies!!!!
Amazing gym. The equipment is very up to date especially here at the Tatum location near desert ridge. Great variety of machines for an all around great workout.
Great friendly staff and great childcare. The staff is very attentive with the kids! The gym is clean and well maintained.

I moved to Phoenix in January. Previous to that, I lived in Houston for a long time and staked my claim at 24 Hour Fitness. Since they don't have any locations in Phoenix, I needed to find a new second home. I had a couple of prospective spots but ultimately decided on Mountainside Fitness for a few reasons. Mountainside has a modern, sporty, luxury feel. Great place for all ages and levels of fitness.
Great place to work out! I really enjoy the group sessions, and there's a wide variety of equipment available for daily use
this gym is one of a kind, with treadmills, weights and all of the staff are respectful.
I have to give AMBER a five star review. She's very welcoming and super friendly every time! She was very kind in giving me extra information about the classes. She's very professional and she goes above and beyond to take care of the members.
