DO NOT USE THIS MOVING SERVICE. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Last minute circumstances can always occur, but how Central Moving chose to handle the situation, was unbelievably bad and unethical. The experience was so shocking and disappointing, that I will be taking as much time as necessary to follow up and write negative reviews on all platforms that Central Moving claims they are rated highly on [which is why I felt comfortable using them in the first place]. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM OPERATION. Showed up late. Poor communication. Did not follow directions. One mover could barely get up and down the stairs. Often found playing with objects and wandering. Called customer service 5 times. Got hung up on the first time. "direct number" was no longer in operation. Got charged 3 times the quoted amount. They steal you stuff and promise they will call you back a hundred times. They always say they are working on a solution. So far they have offered $150 for thousands of dollars in missing stuff.

First off stay away from this place they will nickel dime you. I got charged for 2 rolls of shrink wrap and only one was used and the movers took the second roll with them, 2) my crate was supposed to be built at warehouse and brought to my house instead the mover was told the morning of and had to built onsite and took just about 2.5 hours when he could have been doing other stuff 3) didn't know they were going to use bubble wrap and when I noticed it was to late and for 1.5 rolls I was charged $225 which I could have gotte... read more

Do Not Use this company! I was booked with them and they were to be t my place by around 2:30. At 4:00 I hadn’t heard from anyone so I called them. That is when I was told they wouldn’t be able to do my move until next week. They have no regard as to what other issues they cause by not being where they say they will be. I am happy to report that I was able to book with another company for tomorrow at a better rate. So this was a blessing that Move Central did what they did. Do not use this company! We had a move scheduled and they canceled at 4:00 after I called to find out an update Again do no use this company. Not reliable

Buyer beware! 1. They nickel and dime you for materials and drive time 2. You need to explain things multiple times to many different employees 3. Their Movers bully you to tip them a certain amount. 4. They look good on paper but reality is they are subpar. They must have a marketing team that floods positive reviews after a negative review because they do not deserve 5 stars. Run away!

HIS IS A USED CAR LOT SELLING MOVING CONTRACTS Ill start by saying my two movers were amazing. Hands down best, easiest to work with and all around nice guys. Everyone on the back end, starting from their "opener" told me exactly what I wanted to hear to get my deposit and off the phone. He even offered me a "discounted rate if I paid the deposit on that first call" To make a long story short, my safe they assured me they could move on Saturday was never moved. Unless you’re white or mexican the dispatcher will question if you afford to pay! Also they will call you a liar and not show the day of the move…..
