Move Central took care of my move from a 1 bedroom apt to a bigger house. They were on time, efficient, and careful with all my furniture. I appreciated that they took special care for my new 65'' TV and had an extra TV box to ensure its safety. Overall-they moved my stuff on time, without any damage or issues. Thanks Move Central and team.

Incredibly smooth experience. I contacted Move Central on their website and received very prompt response in the same day with detailed quotes. On the day of the move, the crew arrived right on time, handled everything with care and speed, and finished the whole move in less than quoted timeframe (you only pay for actual hours worked). Very professional, no hidden cost. I'd definitely use them again for future moves.

Great experience. movers were friendly, effective and fast. I searched several companies until I landed on Move Central due to their competitive pricing. The movers were pros and I'm very impressed with the service we received and will definitely use them again in the future.

Oh where to begin. Don’t trust your "estimate" for your move. They quoted me a time of 4-6 hours. We ended up at 7.5 hours. Pretty close. The final bill was $1000 more than the "estimate" that was given to me by the sales guy. When I questioned this with their support after the move, and why my estimate was so far off, I was told "sometimes you take your car in for a tire, and it ends up being the engine, so your bill is higher". We hired Move Central to deliver and pick up a set for an event. They were 90 minutes late and as a result we missed the event. Yet we were still charged the full cost. I've called them several times to discuss the charges as we are long-time customers. They've promised to call back and never have. It's very disappointing, as we have spent more than $10,000 with them over the last year. I do not recommend them. If someone at Move Central would like to discuss this please reach out. NEVER use this company. Their customer service is terrible. On July 28th, 2023 I moved using Osmon moving from my house in Glendale. In the process of my move the movers broke my table saw by dropping it on its side. This table saw is no longer manufactured so the part that broke is not manufactured either. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! You will regret it! We hired Move Central to move us a 10min drive across town and 100% regret working with this business. Not only has their customer service been the worst we've ever experienced we also suspect that many of these positive reviews are fake as we've come across several customers who were offered money to take down their bad reviews and reviews online don't match the ones on their website. MOVER BEWARE! DO NOT use this company! The scheduling and planning went well, but the day-of was not great. I paid for packing on one day, and then moving and unpacking the following day. The packing portion went okay, but they did not pack everything and didn’t pack everything well.
